Sparks from the 2nd transnational meeting in Austria!

Last week on the 7th and 8th of June, the Sparkling Grey partnership met  in Graz, Austria. The main objectives of the meeting were to provide a briefing on the project work progress in all phases of the methodology. During the first day, the main findings of the state of play, scenarios and guidelines towards a common framework for age-friendly and multi-generational management strategies (O1) were exposed to all partners and then the macrostructures of the aged and multigenerational workforce and related strategies assessment tool (O2), turning into gold toolkits for employers and employees (O3) and guide for age friendly multi-generational (on the job) activities were discussed and closed.

On the second day, it was made an update on the project’s management, dissemination and communication activities as well as on the quality and monitoring indicators. Guidelines for the interim report were made available and clarified. The deadlines ahead were summarised and agreed by all partners.

The partnership will focus on finishing and publishing the desk and field report and on the development of assessment tool for employers, managers and HR managers, toolkits for employers and employees and a guide for employees at the same time.
