The project Sparkling Grey is almost in its end. But before that, partners are implementing dissemination events in their countries, as a way to diffuse and boost the uptake potential of the project’s results.
In Portugal, the multiplier event will be organised on July 12th at CITEVE facilities. Together with INOVA+, the coordinator of the project, CITEVE is preparing a workshop about planting talent in companies with talent management based on knowledge. The workshop will start at 2 PM and will last until 5.30 PM. Participants will be exposed to detailed information about the project with emphasis on multigenerations, aged workforce and career management. The second part of the workshop is dedicated to a Speed Training, where directors, managers, HR professionals, employees and trainers will have the chance to explore the Sparkling Grey interactive platform as a way to boost the multigenerational work and knowledge transference. At the end of the workshop, there will be a networking moment where participants from different backgrounds will have the chance to exchange ideas and perspectives about the workshop topics and more.
