The partnership consists of eight organizations coming from five EU countries representing different organisations and institutions. The project tasks and responsibilities are split, reflecting organisational competencies and expertise and each partner will ensure that the project products are provided in their national language being responsible for promoting national integration of the outcomes.

FVEM is the largest sector business association in Biscay, representing more than 35.000 employees of the metal sector and its main responsibilities focus the production of toolkits for employers and employees which will include training programmes and e-training materials.

CITEVE is the national technological centre for the Portuguese textile and clothing industries, representing more than 600 companies. Its main responsibilities focus on the production of toolkits for employers and employees which will include training programmes and e-training materials.

E-Seniors is an NGO dedicated to fight the e-exclusion by providing access to and training in ICT to seniors and disabled persons. It will be responsible for the elaboration of the guide for age-friendly multi-generational activities, which will comprise a set of activities to foster multi-generational teamwork and knowledge retention and transference (storytelling workshops, communities of practice, after-action reviews).
